E3 Charity stands beside individuals, families, seniors, and small businesses — providing education, health support, aged care, disability services, and pathways out of crisis.
E3 Charity was founded on a simple belief: every person deserves dignity, safety, and the chance to thrive. Over a decade, we have grown from a volunteer group to a trusted organisation serving thousands of Australians annually.
We work across aged care, health, disability, domestic violence recovery, education, and small business mentoring — always meeting people where they are, with practical help and genuine human connection.
From early education to aged care, from disability support to business mentoring — we are with you at every stage of life.

Home › About Us
A decade of purpose-driven community service built on trust, compassion, and the belief that everyone deserves a fair chance.
E3 Charity began in 2014 when a group of volunteers noticed the same families cycling through crises without real support. They started small — offering English classes in a community hall on Tuesday evenings — and the need quickly became undeniable.
Today, E3 operates multiple service streams, partners with government bodies and health agencies, and employs a skilled team of social workers, educators, health navigators, and business coaches.
Our name reflects our core commitment: Encourage, Educate, Empower. We do not see people as problems to be solved — we see them as architects of their own futures, and our job is to make sure they have the tools to build.
To provide practical, dignified, and culturally sensitive support that enables individuals, families, and small businesses to build sustainable, fulfilling lives — regardless of background or circumstance.
A society where every person has the safety, skills, and opportunity to reach their potential — and where communities are resilient, inclusive, and deeply connected.
Dignity. Inclusion. Empowerment. Collaboration. Transparency. We hold ourselves accountable to these values in every interaction, every program, and every partnership we form.
A small group of volunteers launches English language classes in a local hall, serving 30 participants in the first month.
Formal aged care support and community health navigation introduced, reaching over 200 seniors in the first year.
Partnering with local chambers, E3 launches a mentoring program for micro-enterprises, supporting 80 businesses in the pilot cohort.
Expanded into NDIS support coordination and a dedicated domestic violence recovery program during the pandemic.
Community health partnerships enable targeted support groups for those living with cancer and diabetes.
E3 marks its tenth year, having supported over 5,000 individuals and families, and 500+ small businesses.
Our staff bring diverse professional expertise and personal lived experience to every program we deliver.

Practical, person-centred support across education, health, aged care, disability, domestic violence recovery, and business development.
Education is the foundation of opportunity. Our community classes are free or heavily subsidised, designed to meet learners exactly where they are — whether building basic literacy, improving English, upskilling for work, or developing digital confidence.
Classes run on flexible schedules including evenings and weekends, with childcare available at select locations.
Ageing well means staying connected, safe, and independent. Our aged care team provides tailored in-home and community-based services that allow seniors to remain in their own homes and communities for as long as possible.
We take a holistic approach — supporting not just physical needs but social wellbeing, mental health, and connection to family and community.
Navigating the health system can be daunting — especially for communities facing language barriers, cultural differences, or financial hardship. Our health support team acts as trusted guides, helping individuals and families access the right care at the right time.
We also deliver community health education focused on prevention, early detection, and healthy lifestyle habits.
A diagnosis changes everything — not just physically, but emotionally, financially, and socially. E3's specialist programs provide peer support, practical resources, and community education that help individuals and families navigate these journeys with community around them.
Small and micro businesses are the backbone of our community. Our program pairs entrepreneurs with experienced mentors, provides key business skills workshops, and connects owners with a peer network that lasts long after the program ends.
People living with disability deserve full participation in community life. Our disability services help individuals navigate the NDIS, develop independent living skills, and connect with inclusive programs that celebrate what every person can contribute.
Domestic violence can affect anyone. Our trained support team provides a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space for anyone experiencing or escaping abuse — and walks alongside survivors through every step of rebuilding.
All information is kept strictly confidential. Our workers are available for crisis and non-crisis support.
Home › Key Pillars
Six foundational principles that guide everything E3 Charity does — from how we design programs to how we show up for the people we serve.
Our pillars are not aspirational statements. They are the lens through which every decision is made and every service is delivered.
Knowledge is the most durable form of empowerment. We invest in education as a lifelong resource — building the literacy, digital capability, and vocational skills that open doors across every area of life. Our programs are designed around adult learning principles: practical, relevant, and built on existing strengths.
Health is holistic — it encompasses physical, mental, emotional, and social dimensions. E3 approaches wellbeing through a prevention-first lens, equipping communities with the knowledge to make informed choices while ensuring those facing illness have access to the right care and human support.
Financial stability is the foundation of independence. Through business mentoring, employment readiness, and financial literacy education, E3 helps individuals and families build economic resilience — moving from vulnerability to self-sufficiency on their own terms.
Everyone has the right to live free from fear and abuse. Our safety pillar underpins our domestic violence support, elder abuse prevention, and disability rights programs. We create environments where people feel safe to speak, and act quickly and compassionately when safety is at risk.
Loneliness and social isolation compound every other difficulty. E3 actively builds belonging — through community gatherings, peer support networks, intergenerational programs, and cultural celebrations. Strong relationships are not just nice to have; they are protective, healing, and life-giving.
Systemic change requires collective voice. E3 advocates at local, state, and national levels for the rights and recognition of the communities we serve — ensuring those most affected by policy decisions are heard in the rooms where decisions are made.
Our pillars intersect in the real lives of the people we serve.
Programs are developed with — not just for — the communities they serve. We engage community members as co-designers, cultural advisors, and peer facilitators.
All E3 staff and volunteers are trained in trauma-informed approaches, ensuring every interaction creates safety and avoids re-traumatisation.
We start from what people already have — their resilience, networks, knowledge, and goals — and build outward from there, rather than defining people by their challenges.
No single organisation can meet all community needs. E3 maintains active referral partnerships, co-location arrangements, and joint program delivery with health, legal, and government organisations.
